Style: American pale ale
Menu description: Light grassy hops, sweet malts, touch of spice.

Tasting notes: I forgot to write this up the first time around, but that hasn’t stopped me from ordering it several times. It’s a really good, amber colored beer. You would think that in the 5 times I’ve had this, I would have written down some more substantial notes than this, but apparently, I was too drunk and/or dumb to do so.

My thoughts: An interesting taste. This was recommended to me by the bartender at Black Wolf Sports Bar as being similar to the Long Ireland Celtic Red Ale. It is, but it isn’t. It has a bitterness that isn’t present in the Celtic Ale, and is crisp and clean.
